To Pour Myself
I want to give of myself,
pure spirit shinning...
I want to glimmer in another,
to grow inside a child
as that child once grew inside of me.
To pour myself, so pure
through her mind
let her reach,
then reach some more.
I want to give of myself,
this sparkling self,
all the kindness and care
the gentle probing touch:
the light that lingers
to ignite the leaf.
